ALEJANDRO ESPADA GERLACH

Lawyer, fluently speaking Spanish, German, English and Catalan.

Bachelor of Laws from “Universidad de Bellaterra”, University in Barcelona, in 1977.

Practicing lawyer, member number 11.088, of the “Ilustre Colegio de Abogados de Barcelona” (Bar Association Barcelona) since 1980.

With an extensive worldwide experience and abroad international clientele, he works as legal advisor for enterprises end entrepreneurs in all their interests for their IMPLEMENTATION AND DEVELOPMENT in Spain and in Europe and he also advises national, as well as foreign private persons.

Between 1988 and 2001, besides working as a lawyer, he performed tasks as President of the Board of Directors, as well as Board member, as advisor for International Intergest SRL in Spain, belonging to Intergest Wordlwide, a company specialising in external commercial consultancy and administration, which is present in 60 countries all over the world.

In 1996, he founded the Spanish EUROJURIS network, member of the International Eurojuris network of lawyers, with representation in 27 European countries and with a collaboration network in North and South America.

In 2001, he was named member of the Board of Administration of the Eurojuris International network of lawyers, based in Brussels; he performed this charge until the year 2004.

He specialises in commercial, labour, civil and economic-criminal law, procedural and real estate law, as well as in foreign investments.
